1. Which of these photos have you seen before? (Describe) What (or who) is the subject?
I've seen the photo of the "South of DMZ 1966" which is the image of the Vietnam War and the atrocities that it has risen.

3. What's the "story" here?
Although the two men are from different ethnicities, the picture depicts the harsh establishment of war, and the relationship between humans regardless of the circumstances.

4. What else is in the photograph?

The friend from the left is restraining him to show the friend has perished in war, and the main situation of the photo is the manner and emotions that proceed in war.

5. What do you learn from this picture? 




6. Why do you suppose this photograph has become iconic? 

It is ironic because their was much criticism about two individuals from different backgrounds could be seen together; moreover, back at home in the United States this photograph the many opinions of others.

7.Why does this photo appeal to you the most? 

Of the relationship that has created throughout the war and the environment and sadness it brings.

8. How do you think the photographer got this shot? 

From walking onside the battlefield.

9. Is it possible to "see" this iconic photo with "new eyes," or is the image's impact is lessened over time with multiple viewings?

Yes.


10. What differences do you notice between these photographs and those we've taken ourselves? What is the difference between personal photography and photojournalism?
It has more purpose than those that we've actually taken in the classroom because it life changing.

11. What do professional photographers tend to pay attention to that amateurs do not? 

The way of the efficient good progress between the motives.

12. What makes a photo good? What makes a photo great?

A great photo is the one taken with the great mildness of heart.
